Justin is very kind and courteous. When he came over to shovel my driveway he called me to tell me my dog was on the front porch. Then he walked around my yard to find out how my dog got out and when he saw my gate was open he discovered it was broken. When he told me it was broken he asked for a drill so he could go and fix my gate. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. He also is very responsive. I've called him last minute to help some of my customers out and he gets out to them pretty quickly.
